集微网消息,4月29日,国科天骥新材料有限责任公司光刻胶滨州生产园区交付暨试生产仪式在山东滨州经济技术开发区举行。
据滨州日报报道,项目投产后将主要用于芯片核心材料——高档光刻胶的研发生产。面对我国对光刻胶快速增长的需求,国产高档半导体光刻胶还处于空白状况。国科天骥的“超高精细光刻胶项目”将可以填补上述国内空白。
该项目总投资1.03亿元。项目一期建成后可达到年产2000L超高精细光刻胶的生产规模,二期项目建成后可达到年产15000L超高精细光刻胶的生产规模,两期项目建设完成后可达到年产17000L超高精细光刻胶的生产规模。
据悉,国科天骥依托中国科学院化学研究所和理化技术研究所的顶尖材料、化学专家团队,致力于打造新材料、新技术的创新孵化平台。
中国科学院大学副校长、国科天骥创始人兼总经理杨国强表示,中国科学院是我国科研工作的国家队,理应为我国的重大需求开展研究攻关工作。2019年,研发团队在滨州开始建设光刻胶的生产园区。尽管遇到新冠疫情,但建设工程依然按期推进完成。今天生产园区正式交付使用,也标志着在我国,一个高端光刻胶及其相关材料的企业将正式投入生产。(校对/西农落)
