JF-17 is already using DSI intake, so why would it be surprising that the J-10 now has DSI intake?

Just looking at the photos, I think it looks authentic enough. If I had to guess, I would say it's real. And from the reactions on Chinese forums, it also looks to be real.

How is it that everyone is so sure that the picture is photoshopped? It's nothing like the glossy fakes that we normally see.

Well if it PSed, then this guy dotted his "i"s and crossed his "t"s. There's reverse images at different angles to compare and I haven't seen any discrepancy so far on the symmetry. My question is if it's real why is it that the some of new equipment is highlighted by a different shade? Did they just take a J-10A and added the new parts to it?

I don't know if this will convince anyone, but Huitong has found it valid enough to post it on his site. Also, he made a mention of the holographic HUD being on there, if you look carefully at one of the photos, you will notice it there.

Yeah I forgot to mention the holographic hud. This HUD is thick and thicker on the top than it is on the bottom. That's how you tell from the ordinary HUD.

Possibly photoshopped. The nose cone is drooping slightly i.e. not exactly in-line with the body. In anyway, the old design looks better and more streamlined.

I think its because the new parts are frequently accessed, taken apart and put back in.

Looks PS to me...the 3 near objects in one of the pic, looks like clear PS. The IRST also looks very unreal in the pic

I found an article about J-10B, where they made som photo comparationwit with the. J-10.
