This report by WSJ comes out right after other western medias shouting "China and India voicing against Ukrainian war". The west really can not make up their mind.

The tweet about the Y-20 arriving Moscow is fake news. Those are old photos from 2020 when the PLA attended Russia's annual victory day parade.

He talks about Russia's inability to suppress Ukrainian defenses, despite theoretically having systems to do so... Assumes American and Israeli systems are superior to their Russian counterparts
It is a reality that Russia theoretically possesses systems to suppress the Ukrainian defense systems, but we must also consider that it is not the same situation today, the one Russia faced in March... Perhaps that is why they do not risk too much, since that when they do, they make a loss, like today
It was known that the Western systems were better than the Russian ones, but what this war has shown is that the gap is much wider than previously thought, especially in what Rybar says, the Russian EW and HARM systems, much lower than western
Bollocks. The US has never attacked a country with the amount of air defenses Ukraine has. Ukraine retained all the air defense systems stationed there from the Soviet Union times. The closest thing the US faced would be Northern Vietnam but even there they mostly were facing stationary systems and the Vietnamese never had the amount of radar and signals intelligence the US is providing Ukraine.
Please tell me then how this so called supreme US air power never managed to completely knock out the Serbian air defense network either, despite it using air defense systems some 20 years older than what Ukraine has.

Scholz still does not want to send tanks to Ukraine.
People just do not get it. Germany sold most of its Leopard 2 tanks. The tanks the Germans still retain are mostly in storage. They only started taking the Leopard 2s out of storage in like 2019. At most the Germans could be sending lighter armored vehicles.

The Leopard 1 tanks have the same problem. Even if they want to send them, most of them are in storage, and I would not be surprised if there aren't any parts for them anymore. It is not just a matter of dumping tanks into Ukraine.

The Russian source Rybar does not confirm four downed aircraft in one day.

Here's what Rybar wrote, automatic translation:
My guess to why they stopped SEAD operations was that they just don't have enough precision guided munition to make it worth while. Sure they can deploy SEAD and allow their fighter bombers to fly safely high above manpad altitude but most of Russian bomber munitions are dumb bombs like the fab500 which would be completely useless at that high of an altitude. The Russian jets need to fly low and slow to aim their dumb bombs but at that low altitude long range AA system like S300 isn't the biggest threat as its radar is going to be obstructed by terrain, and the main threats are the un-SEAD-able manpads. If Russia got a lot of laser and gps guided bombs for their bombers I would have imagine they'll continue SEAD and just just bomb from high up like the US did in Iraq and Afghan.

Well a kamikaze drone is basically a propeller cruise missile. You can use the crappiest, worst engines for it, cheapest materials, etc, load it up with explosives because it only needs ferry range, not combat radius, and launch it from the back of a truck. A proper UCAV is an aircraft that has to take off from an airfield.

I'm just surprised at how effective a propeller cruise missile is compared to real cruise missiles.

Something like this I assume. These things would be quite cost effective against opponents with inferior air defences or degraded air systems.

I am surprised that a Flanker would be flying this low. Still, it’s a remarkable achievement to take it out with a MANPADs given the very short reaction time and perfect positioning needed to do that. Assuming that’s what actually happened.

What’s up with Russian SEAD? They’re not able to suppress even their own SAM system designs?
Not a lot of footage of medium altitude or high altitude shot down. So we have two possibilities, they cannot fly safe at this altitude or they just don't have targets they can hunt out there.

Hunting tanks and moving targets with free fall bombs from high altitude is nonsense. Maybe not enough guided missiles and to much relying on rockets. They are using Flankers in CAS situation more or less.

Cannot suppress MANPADS with SEAD and they are relying a lot on direct fire weapons to hunt targets in low altitude. Shot down will happen... until they run out of MANPADS.

M1 and Leo 2 only have conventional rounds. They are sitting ducks for T-90M which have laser guided missiles twice the range. Even if they are sent to Ukraine. What difference would it make other than making the Russian public more angry?

I doubt that T-90M ATGM could double the range of said tanks, from what i can remember, the only have the range of like 4.5 km

North Korea Launches Suspected Ballistic Missile, Yonhap Says

I couldn't see how this is related to the Ukrainian conflict in anyway

Regarding the losses of Russian equipment in Izyum area:
I could see around 1-2 BTG full of equipment being lost there and i don't see how this could have meaningful impact in Russian combat capability, and counting also that some of the equipment might even be inoperable.

About Western Tanks:
This is a bad idea, the infrastructure isn't suitable for Western tanks to operate in Ukraine, and counting the fact that it could be differentiated easier than current Ukrainian tanks. This will certainly backfire

It is strange that he says it, since Western and Israeli systems have carried out attacks in countries such as Egypt, Iraq, Libya, Iran or Syria... Before the Russian invasion of Ukraine, their army was behind that of Iran, and their systems of defense were in many cases theoretical, since many were made of junk... Rybar speaks that the SEAD missions were carried out in March for the last time, at that time a large part of the western shipments had not arrived

In any case, do not deviate, it is a Russian source, the same one that accepts that its systems are at a disadvantage compared to its American and Israeli counterparts... And the reality is that neither the USAF nor the IAF have performed such mediocre roles. in the conflicts where they have intervened
