One less costly solution is to bring the older pilots, some of whom are flying civilian airlines now, out of retirement. Entice them with great benefits and form proper aggressor squadrons to hone the flying skills of novice pilots. From what I’ve heard Taiwan is already doing something similar.

The Taiwan Navy once again broke the peach news that the Kangding-class frigate became a "love ship"

"
According to Taiwan's "China Times News Network" report, a few days ago, the Taiwan Navy reported another incident of unjustified violations of discipline by men and women. It is said that the "protagonists" of the "Love Ship" incident are three Kangding-class frigates.

Seriously? I wasn't aware of that. Dang..
It's like a staple for ROC military, if they wanna to impress the foreigners with how "cracked" or "elite" their troops were, they would let them observe the so-called "hell week" of these marine frogmen. (presumably because these marine frogmen is the only unit left within ROC ground forces that still looked and trained like an actual fighting unit, notice I say marine frogmen not the army frogmen. Latter is complete joke as their diving and boating training took place in indoor swimming pool only)
