I can't find Zhong Da 79 on maritime tracking websites, but the paint scheme it has looks similar to Zhonggu for a maybe 500ish TEU container ship.
I suspect they probably purchased it from a civilian operator for these modifications. It looks like it can carry at least four ISO containers abreatst

Cargo ship of this size can be built in absurd number of small shipyards across China in mind numbing numbers if required. Guancha guys have talked about this capability in one of their previous talk regarding military-civilian fusion and Yankee even mentioned an inventory was done on all the small shipyards so that the government knows who to contact should the need arises. A lot of those small shipyards don't even have a gantry crane, instead they just build their ships in a flat bit of ground and they drive a regular construction crane up beside the ship to do the lifting.

Yankee mentioned one of the quirk of this type of small shipyard construction is they have a rather interesting way of launching ships: they roll them into the water with rows of inflatable air bags:

Indeed.

The armed container ship was actually moored right next to the old Hudong-Zhonghua Shipyard drydock where the 076 LHD-51 Sichuan was drydocked just a few days ago. The person taking the video was likely focused on Sichuan and didn't notice the armed container ship to the left.
