Well they could for sure free up 2 berths by scrapping the 091 and 092.

Those two boats could be serving as moored training ships (MTS) today.

The La Jolla and San Francisco SSNs of the Los Angeles-class (both serving as MTS for the USN since 2019 and 2021, respectively) were commissioned back in the 1980s, similar to the sole 092 and the last 3 boats of the 091-class.

Seems like the preferred prefix is PLANS (we've seen the Twitter account use this, but now it's from 央视军事)

Apparently a second unit of the semi-submersible weapons ship (arsenal ship?) has been launched.

This photo was already posted in March. Besides, just because it’s at the shipyard doesn’t mean it’s newly launched; in fact, it could very well be the same old one, just placed in the floating drydock.
The trimaran semi-submersible vessel/submarine (or the 2nd unit of) seen on a floating launch platform at Huangpu-Wenchong, satellite imagery taken on February 6th. Length is ~63 meters, however the coverings/tarps obscured much of the details. Posted by @foolsball on Twitter.
