Exactly, and you immigrate only as long as the money exists there.
Money, opportunity, maybe better lives for their children, etc.. people immigrate for a variety of reasons. Up until Trump, the US mostly welcomed immigrants. And many immigrants welcomed the chance to move to the US. Trump was a fool to promote xenophobic white nationalism.

Well i would say that depends on how you define "welcome". Opportunity & better lives depend on money.

I have seen in last several years, even before trump came to power, people who went to US,UK from here, came back & had other opinion than what we thought they would say. The appetite for immigration to those countries have been falling before trump. Of course still there are rich dad's kids & students who get scholarship.

One of my cousin brother went to Louisiana for study. he came back, then he lived in Australia & New Zealand for couple of years. Surprisingly, he said if you are not seeking scholarship & going out to settle, then countries like NZ is best. Australia is good too.

What astonished me is, not a single person who have been there & came back, recommended me US ,UK as a destination unless i am going there for education purpose. Canada--yea, Australia good, NZ very good. ,US, UK-- Stay the heck out, nothing in those countries are quite similar to what you see in TV.

Relatively speaking US remains one of the most tolerant countries.
Of course racism exists, especially in the Deep South or other Red neck states. But overall, US remains much more welcoming to immigrants.

Asians are prob much more racist than most white Americans, loll. East Asians look down on south East Asians. Koreans look down on the Chinese. The Japanese looks down on the Koreans. And most Asians have this prejudiced view towards black people. And let’s not even talk about the Indians.

Naa, i gotta disagree with the narrative with 2 point

1. About Asian being much more racist,East Asians looking down on south east asians, Koreans looking down on Chinese- in all these cases, the word racism is exaggerated. I would say there is hatred based on history. You can compare that to us vs those lil indias. Indians look down on us, we look down on them back. Trust me, no body hates those fat veggie apes more than we do. Not sure it's race or skin color based.

2. About US or White Americans being welcoming to immigrants-- The very term white americans are subjected to debate. And the term "immigration" is misused here. In history human traveled far parts & settled in sparsely populated area. What happened in Native America & Aboriginia is pure & simple colonization based on white supremacy. Till date, the idea is integrated in mind that, America is "diverse" because it was colonized by whites who "gave" equal "rights". Their "welcoming" pretension is more of eye wash to hide their past.
Even in that case, you can easily be a great "buddy" to a whitey as long as you don't hurt his/her feelings. Try arguing with them about government system with your best white buddy & you will understand what i'm talking about. Enforcing what they like or what they think is best for others on others is engraved in their heart & mind. Where ever they exist, they have to be the one making decisions for others. Where do you think that comes from?

There are stereotypes that exists in every country, including us. But it doesn't affect us in big way because we keep it ourselves.
Racism isn't something that can be swept under carpet like that in countries born off colonial skin color based supremacy trying to hogwash others with it's modern day robin hood BS.

No it doesn't. This vibe of india having much talent comes from fact that the "big US companies" have indians in top positions. Even if you put al the numbers together of such high position people, you will see that's less than 1% of population of India.

Bingo.
As i said, China must make sure the brains remain at home. East asians are most naturally gifted in core scientific fields such as maths & physics.
It's a serious concern when these people end up in America. I would expect China to leverage it's economy & market to make sure these people don't leave.

21st century will be won by talents. Talents that are rare than rare earths.
Talent overrated. The system is the king, that generate all talent and value.

The school is only one aspect all of that story, and even not the most significant.

No they don't. They don't try to hogwash their past with wannabe Robin hood bs. Every category of people has their own set of preference based on their culture & choice. I would much more prefer to work with my fellow country man than say an indian or whitey. Call me a racist. But i can't go to another place & demand them to like me as well as they can't demand from me. As matured cultured, the difference & choice must be respected. We keep our feelings to ourselves.

But try to decide what's based for others based on your supposed "racial supremacy". Now we have trouble. And we know who are those trouble makers.

I kind of agree. But tbh, Einstein & hawkins comes one in several generation. If you want to win a long race, you need all the help you can get. System & talent.
