The rounds have been effective though, considering disengagement has been at least partially done at most sectors. India has made it clear it is in no hurry, there have been much longer standoffs
Certainly. It has been effective in having Pangong Tso sector be disengaged - so that Indian government has something to show to its people.

As for China - nothing short of calibration for long term strategies ( give less priority to southern areas of pangong and more for the Depsang region that lies close to the Karakoram - DBO).

Then of course, there is the inconvenient fact that satellite imagery does not show any PLA presence in the Kongka La sector. If you have actual evidence saying otherwise please post it.
Before ^.
China remains deployed in significant strength at Gogra, Hot Springs and Kongka La areas, with a large PLA logistics facility supporting troops there.

After.
1. PLA's Kongka La Post is not new, it's been there for a while

Maybe. But as I said - it's inconsequential.

We have discussed it week ago. For the time being, in this thread, for the sake of all, let's go with Gogra.
If you choose to do so that is your right, though I think that has been the cause for much of your confusion about the area.

Confusion are for those who has an aversion to making maps.
I present my observations with Maps. You are trying to argue against the same Google God that you praise so much.

If you believe you are so right - Change the Google map identification for that location.

The Google God happens to be corroborated by Lt. Gen. Panag.

Another example was he speculated that China had taken the Galwan heights, but when Nathan Ruser had provided satellite imagery that it was actually India occupying the heights, he took back his earlier claim.
India occupied Galwan heights? I know Galwan is now a diffused situation but turn again - you do sneak it some surprise time to time.
Care to point out which mountain range has been conquered by India in Galwan? I must've missed it.
