Let’s assume 40% (derived from 60/150), only 14 of the remaining 35 MiG-29K can be deemed available at a given time.

And that's just from the radar issue. The MiG-29K literally jars itself to death with every carrier landing. There needs to be re-alignment and replacement of components after every trap along with inspection for structural issues.

Not that it really matters because the Indian carriers themselves are almost entirely missing from satellite photos showing deployment. They might sail once or twice every year so cobbling together 14 or 15 aircraft for short stints is probably good enough.

Availability rate of 70% ? Its better than F-35... Carrier operation is not friendly to aircrafts, even more if you forgot some screw at each verifications...

To be honest the AK-203 is a decent rifle. It is the last rifle Kalashnikov designed while he was still alive. This is basically the AK-100 series.
The main thing about the AK-100 family is that you can choose different calibers and barrel lengths.
I wouldn't put much trust on that rail on the dust cover though. I doubt it can hold zero properly.

The AK-12 thus far is a bit of a flop with most Russian soldiers still using the AK-74M anyway.
The AK-200 series does have additional hardware specifically to lock the dust cover down Ala SVD style though, so odds are that it will hold zero just fine, what sucks is that they chose to skimp out on the furniture though, I really like how the AK-200 series looks with the new furniture but the one country that uses it decided to save on costs sooooo
