Similarly, although China controls the vast majority of Aksai Chin, there are still some disputed areas in the Western sector which India controls
Interesting, this is a new claim from you. I've not heard this from any other Indian source.

Any proof of this?

That is because Indians have more fat and less muscles mass.

Indians with high body fat may make them SISSIES in hand to hand combat,
but I believe could be helpful in fighting extreme cold.

Low muscle mass makes Indians disease prone

The scientists analysed volunteers of European, Chinese, Aboriginal and South Asian descent, and found that even among individuals with the same percentage of body fat, South Asians have a lower percentage of skeletal muscle, one of the body’s main muscle groups and the one responsible for all voluntary actions.

Are we really going to start discussion about genetics and the subsequent deluge of ridiculous posts that inevitably follows? Piss off..

Yes. Those PCL-191s are a massive threat to the Indian Army. They readily outrange all known Indian gun or rocket artillery. They were deployed in response to India deploying their M777s and K9s at the border. Combined with precision guidance, these rockets can be devastating to a large variety of targets.

India wants to counter it with Brahmos. But China has weapons, far scarier than the Brahmos. Its a escalation game that India is hopeless to win.

IIRC, and subsequently "confirmed", the M777's purchased from the yanks, though hardly a "game-changer" less equaliser, came about as a responsive purchase to Chinese deployment. It's a small nuance but in the face of an overwhelming barrage of BS this place is probably the sanest place for recording an actual timeline/narrative regarding what has and might transpire.

Genetics play an important part in our physical well being and performance.
Not a ridiculous post.

War against diabetes: Why Indians are at risk and what they need to know

The paradox of low body mass index and high body fat percentage among Chinese, Malays and Indians in Singapore

RESULTS: Compared with body fat percentage (BF%) obtained using the reference method, BF% for the Singaporean Chinese, Malays and Indians were under-predicted by BMI, sex and age when an equation developed in a Caucasian population was used. The mean prediction error ranged from 2.7% to 5.6% body fat. The BMI/BF% relationship was also different among the three Singaporean groups, with Indians having the highest BF% and Chinese the lowest for the same BMI.

RESULTS:
The BMI/BF% relationship was also different among the three Singaporean groups, with Indians having the highest BF% and Chinese the lowest for the same BMI.

HOW TO WIN HAND TO HAND COMBAT, at Galwan,
when Indians are MOSTLY BODY FAT and NO MUSCLES

How vegetarian are Indian soldiers? Being vegan has been know in the strength community as a lost cause. Sure its possible but it takes a lot of supplements and planning compared to just eating meat and carbs. Meat is by far the most bio potent and easily digestible for building and maintaining muscles. I have never seen a piece of meat pass my digesting system undigested. I did had that happen to things like peanuts and other vegetables etc.

I suspect it isn't just being vegetarian but malnutrition overall, especially during childhood.

By the way, TMI!

Not true.

There are many athletes performing at the highest level of sports (including powerlifting) that are vegan. I held this incorrect belief too until I watched that documentary produced by Novak Djokovic, Lewis Hamilton and the frekkin Terminator himself:

I had no idea there were so many athletes that were vegan, even in sports like the 100m sprint, which are pure fast-twitch muscle sports. The ultimate test of any diet is athletic performance. That is the only definitive empirical proof that the diet can work at the highest level and vegan diets have passed that test.

I've been trying out a vegan diet for about 6 months for environmental reasons (not every day, like 5 days a week), and my fitness level has increased. On the days I eat meat I feel more sluggish during workouts, versus my vegan days. But even beyond fitness, reducing meat intake is simply better for the environment. You can't have 7 billion people eating meat every day and have a sustainable ecosystem.

See earlier reply.

Indians don't have a problem with vegetarianism. They have a problem with straight up not enough food.

Those people are like the top 0.1% of the human species in athletics, they would be strong and talented no matter what. But good luck fielding hundreds of thousands of those humans as a backbone for your army. Also I never said it was not possible to do athletics on a vegan it just takes a lot more planning to find and create a vegan diet most people actually can follow. An athletes income and pension is depended on him performing well, we normal people don't have that so following a strict diet is way harder without such pressures.
Don't get me wrong im not against vegan diet, Indian vegan food is delicious and i prefer it over western european meat food. The flavors are just better.
