The previous Afghan government had "high end" Western military equipment. How did that work out for them?
Afghan National Army was never armed with "high-end" Western equipment (i.e. MBTs, anti-air systems, cruise missiles, fighter jets). They only received rifles, sniper rifles, armored trucks, howitzers, and relied on American airpower support.

If Ukraine was armed and trained with NATO anti-air defense systems, MBTs, fighter jets, cruise missiles, then they will likely stalemate Russia.

As far as I can tell, Russia has difficulty with donated Soviet hardware and not-super-modern missiles/artillery/drones/armoured vehicles. Imagine if NATO trained and donated high end air defense systems, fighters, MBTs, cruise missiles, drones... Ukraine likely stalemate the war if that occurred.
"Not super modern". The US is even sending barely usable prototype crap like the Switchblade drone to Ukraine.
The M777A2 is the most modern towed artillery they have.

And which high end air defense systems are we talking about? NATO air defense systems are pretty much crap in general. Repurposed air to air missiles and crap like that. And like we saw in Syria it took Russia over one year, more like two, to train Syrian operators to use the S-300. Modern air defense systems are not something you can just drop on a grunt and expect them to use like that.

Ukrainian MBTs were upgraded with third generation thermal sights. Better than the ones in Russian tanks. They also have encrypted radios and battlefield communications suite. It is Ukraine's tank armor and gun which are crap. Then again, Georgia also had their tanks upgraded with thermals, check out the T-72 SIM-1 variant, and back then Russia didn't even have proper thermals on any of their tanks. And how long did Georgia last anyway?

"Footage of the destruction of the pontoon crossing and units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine when trying to cross the Seversky Donets
In the course of reconnaissance and search operations of a motorized rifle unit of the RF Armed Forces, an UAV crew discovered a unit of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on infantry fighting vehicles that attempted to cross the pontoon crossing.
The pontoon crossing was completely destroyed by artillery fire and sank. The enemy armored vehicles with crews that managed to cross the pontoons during the battle were destroyed by the fire of Russian artillerymen and crews of infantry fighting vehicles. Part of the armored vehicles of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was captured by Russian servicemen."

Bro.... You suggest a "mass mobilized" Russia reaching the FRENCH border after exhausting all of donated NATO equipment in Ukraine....this is the most cockmanie idea I've ever read.

Turkey has the best ground forces in Nato, AWACS and Drones for tactical warfare and Russia still managed to create Idlib from medium altitude flight operations. try understand what that Idlib means.
now Russia has further improved flight operations to lower altitude and much further use of attack choppers. the only big change is in post Covid world the forces need much more rotations. so better to withdraw from a front after few months, take rest and recreate fronts that has better rotation prospects. Ukraine cannot stalemate this war once it discover impact of long tours and mass mobilization on its society.

You know the Iraqi army was abandoning Abrams to ISIS?

The whole point is that Ukraine doesn't have time to train it's soldiers to use NATO equipment.
