Yes Sir. I already have my backup plan in place. Even Canada may not be safe.

Canada has always followed in American footsteps, albeit with some delay. I'm hoping that's the case here as well, it will at least give us some time.

For other countries and regions, maybe Canada...??? But what are you going to do in Canada?

Is Germany or Poland a safe place to live for Chinese? I know France can be a racist shithole, to say nothing of the UK.

How about Asian countries? China, HK, Singapore, Japan, Taiwan, Thailand, Philippines, Cambodia. etc, depending on each individual circumstance. The standard of living are equivalent or not far behind western countries and constantly improving as long as peace is maintain. Even China will become more accommodating to immigration as she develop further.

The west could care less if war break out and tension are elevated in Asia. That is why they are constantly agitating for conflict and raising tension.

Best to think of it as which city you want to live in.

Cities can be very different from their surrounding countries.

I have a particular thing for european women, especially the Germanic slavic look; personally i have lived in taiwan and the mainland before and would live there again, especially taiwan considering taiwan's standard of living and quality of life is better than japan with its overworked salarymen.
The only downside to living in europe is no good places for Chinese food, compared to say Sydney, Melbourne or San Francisco.

OK. It is a matter of preference and you seem to chose women over food. Can't resist the exotic appeal for now.

Depend on who you work for or work with. In any case, I am surprise you mentioned the quality of life is better in Taiwan, I thought Japan quality of life would be better overall if you eliminate the overworking factor.

Don't know about your list but i lost my appetite for westernized Chinese food long ago. There may be a few authentic restaurants but they are far too limited. Even NY is a big disappointment. Chinese food are generally better in most of East Asia. The only western city that comes to mind with a good selection is Richmond BC. LA is also somewhat acceptable in selection of Asian cuisine.

Fair enough.

But my philosophy is to work on yourself, along with your business and finances first.
Then the world is your oyster.

5 years ago, I would have agreed that London has much worse Asian food than Sydney or Melbourne.
But these days, I would say London is roughly on par for food choices now.

It's mainly the effect of hordes of Chinese international students, whose parents are paying a minimum of 30K USD per year for tuition and accommodation.

Before Brexit and COVID, there were supposedly a million Polish people in the UK as well.
But I expect there will still be many in the UK afterwards.

As for Warsaw, to be honest, I found myself pretty bored after a week because there simply isn't very much happening.
Berlin is a lot better in that regard.
But don't forget about the language barrier and how frustrating it can be.
