Nothing. It is just the SCMP from Hong Kong being stooges of the West as usual.
At the rate things are going Taiwan is never gonna see those weapons delivered.
I had a feeling that after the China Russia meeting, SCMP was going to print something negative to put a shadow on the meeting. They did not it disappoint. Lol
I wonder how those Pro-Western "liberals" feel now, helped by Iran of all countries while getting slaughtered by Anglo weapons after trying to kiss their asses for so long.
It would be a comedy if It isn't so tragic.
Ex russo sphere nations playing washington style diplomacy and somehow it always backfires and Russia has to save their asses.
Nations can join the NDB without being a full BRICS member though (recently example in Egypt).
What's the actual added value of being a full BRICS member, for both the entrant and China? That couldn't be covered with a bilateral trade agreement.
Unless BRICS is going to break its apolitical precedents, find some kind of consensus, and start seriously reforming international economic systems, like if it got serious about the BRICS currency basket, is there a point for a big BRICS+?
interesting to see Indian impression on the Russia-China summit.
It tells me that India is in general happy about multi-polar world even if a bi-polar one is not in its interest. Despite the animosity between the two countries, there are areas of matching interest. India will never be fully in on the quad. Nor does it delude itself in thinking that way. India itself views America with plenty of suspicion based on recent polling.
So, while I don't think China and India will ever be buddy and buddy, it is possible for the relationship to improve.
