Apparently this is the console configuration for the Algerian 056-variant that they built.

Somewhat amusing that a one-off 056 variant for Algeria has a better console configuration than existing known PLAN ships. That said we have had indicators that they might adopt a horizontal triple screen console for themselves as well, so I suppose this export configuration is still encouraging.

I feel like this isn't too uncommon. The nations that China sells its warships to tend to have smaller navies that don't have too many larger surface combatants so they may choose to get as much as possible out of the smaller surface combatants they purchase from China. Meanwhile China procures more of the ships overall and larger ships too. For example I recall that the Type 054A frigates that China sold Pakistan are arguably considered more capable that China's own 054As according to some because they have been modified to meet Pakistan's specific needs given that Pakistan doesn't have as many larger surface combatants as China and therefore China gears its frigates towards ASW because its has more ships and larger ships to fill other roles, according to one of @5sunrise 's videos. I suppose this case isn't quite the same scale as the modifications to Pakistan's 054As but I believe this could be a valid reasoning if my thought process is correct.

I think this is from a different Algerian ship, probably an European (German?) built frigate that also participated in the exercise.

Previously released images of the CIC:

I recall the pics I got it from were in a video of the newly delivered 056 variant corvettes for Algeria, though the possibility of splicing footage is there.

However Algeria has also previously bought C28A corvettes from China but those were a few years ago and would have used the older CIC type.

Are the pictures you posted confirmed of the new 056 variant corvettes or is it possible that they are the older C28As?

I remember pretty clearly that C28A has a mixture of PLAN's old-style and current style consoles, with a different paint job.

I believe the images are from an Algerian TV report on the newly commissioned F-15A corvette (pennant number 940).

Yes, there is a video here of the 940 which shows parts of the interior, showing the old style CIC.

I haven't been able to find the original video of the C-802A exercise where the pics of the three screen CIC is from, but it's possible that is from a different ship spliced together.
