CS/LR35 7.62x51mm sniper rifle. Sub-1moa @800m. Lighter than the CS/LR4, and can be considered an upgraded variant of that rifle.

Original poster on Weibo says that the launcher can detect ranges automatically, laser designate, explode on a second term (二次燃爆？No idea what this means), it is really good against bunkers and light vehicles.

The caliber seems pretty big, seems like a 100-125mm launcher.

二次燃爆... Not sure dispersion of fuel/air mixture is counted as 1st detonation. If thats what they means, 1st detonation to disperse 2nd to ignite the mixture, then it is a thermobaric rocket. Another less likely deduction would be tandem warhead.
