Wrong.
No land was lost to China after Modi came to power thanks to Panging disenagement.
If you insist PLA pulling back and not patrolling is retreat and loss of land then I can insist India had lost land too.

If China didn't at Pangong Tso, then India maybe, didn't.

We can put to rest Pangong Tso, for now.
