I this senerio do you think that that India will attack on China and Pakistan at CPEC sites on borders of China, Pakistan ?

Burma has never been ruled by India.
Bhutan has never been ruled by India.
Tibet has never been ruled by India.
Afghanistan, Nepal, was rule during Iron Age over 2000 years ago, and never since.

What a joke. China's claims over Outer Mongolia (under Yuan/Qing/ROC) and Outer Manchuria (under Tang/Yuan/Ming/Qing/ROC) is more legitimate than majority of these Indian claims.

Not exactly.
"India" never ruled anything. India itself was the part of same kingdom/empire others were. Modern India currently is consisting of several ancient kingdom who fought & invaded each other. The concept of "india" is rather vogue here.
