Using Tibetan porters for Indian army supplies is so 19th century British India, IA still stuck to the practice of their former colonial master. Can't the Indian soldiers carry the loads by themselves? May be the caste and class mentality are hard to die.

Or maybe because their soldiers are too weak physically? This is very possible considering how hard they got thrashed at Galwan and other hand to hand confrontations with the Chinese. We all know the Indian Army has to rely on Sikhs, Tibetans, and Gurkhas as their frontline mountain troops.

Is India a viable market for books, though? Given India's abysmal literacy rates and appalling poverty, I don't image selling books there would be a lucrative endeavour.
I suppose he can present his viewpoint in a comic book style after all that is all its good for.

Indeed. Indians like bragging about how they are martial race and how much taller and stronger they are compared to Chinese. Except for the FACT that every academic source that report on height and muscle prove that Indians have lower muscle mass, shorter height, and higher body fat than Chinese. My personal conjecture will add inferior cardio and lower coordination as evidenced by poor relative performance in ALL sports and sporting events. Indians do okay in badminton though. Indians aren't fighters. The smart ones usually don't want anything to do with bhakts and Hindutva narratives while the rest occupy their time with trolling the internet with anti-China bs and fake news.

Average indian are not built for cold and high altitute survival. Heck most indian can’t tolerate weather in Ohio, Pensalvania, let alone high altitude himalayas. In Nepal almost all indian trekkers hire local porters to carry their backpack while trekking in hills/mountains.

Rumours circulating online that an Indian Mi-17 crashed in Ladakh last night (local time). No idea how factual at the moment. Keep eyes out for more concrete confirmations.

Indians calling it fake news. They are probably right. Another out of context footage from another crash.
