Meteor uses american components, therefore it fails under USA's ITAR and can't be exported without US's permission, so Egypt can't have it and europeans had problems giving it to Ukraine because of US. It'll be the same problem with Indonesia, especially as US plan control maritime area around it to blockade china.
Egypt only got SCALP-EG, as Air-to-Ground missile because it uses french components only, unlike it's twin brother Storm Shadow which also fails under ITAR and uses American components.
