I have a question. Is the size of Shandong corectly posted in Wikipedia? The length of 315m and maximum width of 75m? I am asking, because, according to Russian Wikipedia the Ulyanovsk should be 325m long and 75,5m wide.

Which version of Wiki are you using? The Chinese version is a better place to go to (zh.wikipedia.org). The length is reported to be 306.45 and 73 wide.

No, it isn't. Shandong has the same size than Liaoning.

The outer shell and the static elements such as watertight compartments, bulkheads, etc. are an exact copy. The only difference between the two ships is in the details.
Is “exact copy“ an ascertained fact or an conjecture based on external visual similarity?

I was under the impression that at least some static element, such as the location of the walls of the hanger, were known to be different.
