The LNG dual electric RORO ship there was the hull seen being built on the first site where 003 was first laid. The mobile dock there was what people thought that was built originally to move the parts of 003.

The 148-meter-long, 29-meter-wide vessel, named Hao Hai Long, can dig as deep as 38 meters under the sea floor with a total installed capacity of 25,260 kilowatts. It was built by CSSC Huangpu Wenchong Shipbuilding Co. Ltd.

The vessel is capable of mud-dredging, bedrock-digging and sand-digging, suitable for dredging and reclamation projects in coastal waters, ports and waterways.
