According to Zhongke Chuangxing, Mingxin Qirui recently completed nearly 100 million yuan in angel round financing, led by Jinqiu Fund , Lenovo Capital , Xiaomi Strategic Investment and other leading strategic and financial investment institutions.
Mingxin Qirui was established in May 2024, and its main research and development is new RRAM storage and AI computing technology that breaks through the bottleneck of traditional architecture computing. Liu Qi, chairman of Mingxin Qirui, pointed out that compared with traditional memory solutions, a major feature of RRAM is that it can integrate storage and computing, which is an important technical path for "storage and computing in one".

Recently, Sichuan Tongchao Precision Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tongchao Precision"), a subsidiary of Wuhu Tongchao Holdings, officially broke ground on the production line of new products and recycling projects for OLED electrode components.

It is understood that CVD (chemical vapor deposition) in the thin film deposition process is one of the key processes of OLED, and it is almost completely dependent on imports from equipment to parts. The Sichuan Tongchao OLED parts project is the first domestic OLED new product recycling production line, aiming to break the foreign monopoly, realize the localization of electrode parts, and effectively alleviate the "bottleneck" problem of key parts in the domestic high-end display industry chain.

Electrodes and other key components are used inside the reaction chamber of CVD equipment. They have an important impact on the airflow field and temperature field during the CVD process, and will directly affect the reliability and stability of the use of the above equipment, and thus affect the performance and yield of display panel products. They are core process components.

Tongchao Precision said that after the project is put into production, the products will cover vacuum electrodes for all oxide process products below the G10.5 generation, further enhancing the company's production capacity, technical level and market competitiveness, and laying a solid foundation for the company's long-term development.

According to China Optics Valley, on March 6, Zhuoci Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhuoci Technology") signed a contract with Wuhan East Lake High-tech Zone to implement the Zhuoci Technology Wuhan R&D and production base project.

Zhuoci Technology was founded in 2021 and focuses on the research and development and production of ceramic components in the pan-semiconductor field. Its products are widely used in semiconductors, display panel equipment and other fields. The company's semiconductor business accounts for about 80%. Tang Zhanyin, chairman of Zhuoci Technology, said that Optics Valley has considerable development advantages in semiconductors, display panels, optoelectronic information and other fields, which are highly related to the company's main business. In addition, Optics Valley has also gathered a group of heterogeneous computing and advanced packaging companies, and I believe that the company's business will make great progress here.

The signed project is located in Wuhan East Lake Comprehensive Bonded Zone. Zhuoci Technology will invest in establishing a subsidiary in the central China region to produce core components such as electrostatic chucks, ceramic heaters and other products to serve Wuhan and surrounding wafer manufacturers.

Low-power 2D gate-all-around logics via epitaxial monolithic 3D integration.​

Abstract​

Innovations in device architectures and materials promote transistor miniaturization for improved performance, energy efficiency and integration density. At foreseeable ångström nodes, a gate-all-around (GAA) field-effect transistor based on two-dimensional (2D) semiconductors would provide excellent electrostatic gate controllability to achieve ultimate power scaling and performance delivering. However, a major roadblock lies in the scalable integration of 2D GAA heterostructures with atomically smooth and conformal interfaces. Here we report a wafer-scale multi-layer-stacked single-crystalline 2D GAA configuration achieved with low-temperature monolithic three-dimensional integration, in which high-mobility 2D semiconductor Bi2O2Se was epitaxially integrated by high-κ layered native-oxide dielectric Bi2SeO5 with an atomically smooth interface, enabling a high electron mobility of 280 cm2 V−1 s−1 and a near-ideal subthreshold swing of 62 mV dec−1. The scaled 2D GAA field-effect transistor with 30 nm gate length exhibits an ultralow operation voltage of 0.5 V, a high on-state current exceeding 1 mA μm−1, an ultralow intrinsic delay of 1.9 ps and an energy-delay product of 1.84 × 10−27 Js μm−1. This work demonstrates a wafer-scale 2D-material-based GAA system with valid performance and power merits, holding promising prospects for beyond-silicon monolithic three-dimensional circuits.

The Sai Micro MEMS project is pretty important for all the sensor related stuff China needs actually.

Note, the comment about RF filters and MEMS Gallium Nitride chips. That's very interest.
