They're still not printing money and giving to couples with children. Neoliberal retarded policy is having an effect. Until it changes you will have few years of wasted growth potential.

China is barely collecting any tax revenue this year, at 0.3% growth in government revenue despite 5% increase in spending. I've never heard of a supposedly neoliberal austerity focused government spending like this before.
