Chinese leaders use Boeing 747 from Air China for international long range visit. The very same aircraft is also used for regular flights by Air China. The President and Premier have dedicated other aircrafts for short range domestic travel, BUT NOT the aircraft loaned to Kim.

Chinese Premier Li Keqiang loaned his private plane to Kim Jong Un. The vassal prince is afforded the elite protection of Chinese intelligence and bodyguards.
This is not a dedicated private jet for Li Keqiang. It is also used by national leaders including Xi Jinping and ordinary passengers like you an me.

Please, show some respect to North Korea. Calling vassal prince is provocative today regardless history, and unnecessary for Chinese interest.

Yes, not dedicated private jet. It's dual use, when used by top Chinese leadership, they are reupholstered/upgraded into a private jet with big tables, bedrooms, and conference rooms. The one used by Kim is B-2447, used by Premier Li.

"Four Boeing planes are used by the Chinese political leadership: B-2443, B-2445, B-2447, B-2472. Xi’s plane is the B-2472, while Premier Li’s is the B-2447, the one Kim rode. The B-2447 is a 23-year-old aircraft that serves as a normal passenger carrier when not in use by Li. Whenever it is employed as a private jet, the interior of the plane is reupholstered into a private aircraft, complete with an office, reception area and bedroom."

Calling Kim the 'vassal prince' is not as provocative as US-SK joint wargames. North Korea is going to help China evict US influence from East Asia, the troops are leaving after a peace treaty is signed. #WIN

Silly names calling are signs of immaturity. I believe most Americans would not like foreigners to call their current President an "Emperor", although he appears to have Imperial & unpredictable leadership styles. There are differences in Western (US) & Asian (Chinese) Cultures, but let's have mutual respect instead of being antagonistic in words & actions. I conduct Cross-Cultural Communication & Negotiation Seminars. I believe I have the privy to comment.

US-SK joint wargames is a sign of immaturity since they are provocative and destabilizing presence that directly threatens NK and China.

Same with THAAD, both US troops and THAAD should pull out of Korea so US can save the money and not try to project power to contain China's rise.

.[...]I believe most Americans would not like foreigners to call their current President an "Emperor", [...]

And your belief is false and based in conflating US citizens with 'muricans. Most US citizens didn't vote for the current president and are NOT 'muricans. And I, being a US citizen (but not a 'murican because I am of African and Native ancestry), and MOST US citizens would have have no objection to either calling, or having a foreign national call, the current 'murican president an Emperor.

You claim credentials in cross-cultural communication, yet you neglect the distinctions between nationality and ethnicity and fail to and recognize that all 'nationals' don't share the same ethnicity/culture/worldview! That culture is national is a Euro-centric misapprehension; culture is ethnic, NOT national!

Basque, much?
