Those look pretty standard to me, even a bit barebone beside the restaurant. You can find similar levels of furnishing in modern container vessels, some shipping company may have even fancier cabins.

If you're thinking about military vessels, this ship is more of a government office than a barrack.

I'm curious whether the civilian officers on that ship could operate heavier weapons, such as heavy machine guns?

Otherwise based on the ship's interior, the ship's main weapon is the Charm Offensive.
