That would be like 400~600 missiles?so israel send out over 200+ jets, iran didn't even intercept one? whats the condition of Iran air defense
Don't think any Air defence can survive or nullify that many missiles.

An invasion of Iran is beyond Israel's capabilities. If an invasion happens, the U.S. will have to be the main participant. And the U.S. has no appetite for that.Another thing is Israel needs to send troops into Iran if they want a full regime change. Killing top figures will not completely change the regime.
At this point it's quite obvious israeli bombers operate over Iran. Not even 5th gen ones, as launcher videos are kindaThat would be like 400~600 missiles?

Hmm, large scale FPV drone-based sabotage in both Russia and Iran just weeks apart from each other? Nope, definitely no European or American involvement here. None at all.everything was destroyed on the ground by FPV drones launched by saboteurs in a base located in Tehran itself.
Iranian government does not even control Tehran right now.
It’d take a sophisticated IADS to even intercept a large portion of that yeah, but the problem is we literally haven’t seen any sign of Iran’s AD at play whatsoever. At this point I’m inclined to believe they really dont have much left, whether due to Israeli strikes/sabotage or repairs rendering them inoperable. Either way, very grim. Israel seems to be able to operate within Iran’s airspace with total freedom and impunity. That would be like 400~600 missiles?

the current silence in Iran is the kind of silence that you have when you realize you are fked and there is nothing that you can do.I’m hoping that the current apparent silence from Iran in terms of retaliatory measures is because they are planning something large and coordinated, and not just sitting on their butts waiting to get pounded further.
As much as I want to criticize Russia, there have a better excuse since their country is far bigger. In addition those drones destroyed a few aircraft at most which were of the older variant. For Iran the strikes killed key personel and key targets. They don't have the optics excuse.Iran is a huge and empty country. Hiding drones and a few operatives is not that difficult. Yes, it's new and governments are not prepared for it, but it's not a sign of super incompetence. Even Russia has been infiltrate many many times by Ukraine.
Doing these kinds of infiltration is more about audacity and not about counter intelligence. Iran obviously cannot surveil it's entire population and land.
I doubt even US can withstand such strikes if someone had the audacity to actually do it. Only China has the surveillance depth to probably detect things like this.
Are you suggesting Russian leadership not in hiding would be able to survive these kinds of drone infiltration better? The only way these kinds of drones can be stopped is with strong shorad presence and also alot of heavy human guards. Yes, Iran should have had better shorad on its air bases but they can't stop assassination in people's homes unless they are literally hiding in bunkers. As much as I want to criticize Russia, there have a better excuse since their country is far bigger. I don't think anyone believed Israel would have the audacity to kill the military leadership of a full sovereign country. This is not like killing nasarallah. Israel has never gone after the leadership of another country openly.
This is an open challenge against common international norms where countries don't try assassinate leadership even during times of war. Cause that will expose them to retaliation as well.
