Can anyone tell me why Russia is not using their official title and flag? Is it some kind of boycott?
Its is banned from using its flag and anthem also its athletes will participate as "neutrals" under the name "ROC" because of refusing to provide data from the Moscow drug laboratory. Basically anti-doping stuff
