Really? If one walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, it most likely is a dock, but if one does not walk like a duck and does not quack like a duck, is it at least likely to look for alternative explanations that it might not be a duck instead of trying to explain it with this duck can meows like a cat and run like a horse since it is a very unique duck! ;)

China is such a unique country with full of surprises. Many things happened here can't be explained in a normal way. ;)

New modules have apparently been installed. We'll see them better in the HD satellite pics in a couple of days.

Here's a size comparison of the potential midship ammunition compartment to that of the 003; about 3m bigger. That is, of course, if we are indeed looking at the 004.

Here's your HQ picture. Potentially new module is a part of the engine room

This is assuming that this ship is an aircraft carrier. Below is just a speculative layout for the hungry members who want to see this. Note: Just speculation.

1. first find the dots and joined them with lines
2. Smoothened up the line to a fluid dynamic hull shape at waterline.
3. Draw up the top deck layout.

A very very rough speculative drawing, don't try to check for details or interpret it in any way, because I could be wrong.

How often are ships built bow-first out the dry dock?
