I found the rough comparison between the 004 and Ford fairly interesting. It, obviously, only serves as a general point of reference, of course, rather than a definitive, apples-to-apples comparison.

What are the "hangar doors"? Cut out for elevator?

Yes, the hangar bay openings are the large structural cut-outs in the side of the hull that open to the deck-edge elevators.

004 is far larger, far more sophisticated, and far more of a cleansheet design compared to 002. Not a great comparison.

Yankee and co. previously mentioned the idea of having it floated out for the centennial, so I wouldn't be surprised to see it happen, but they also added that an abnormally long fitting-out would probably follow.

So, you would estimate commissioning around 2032/33?
