There is one floating around on the Chinese internet somewhere. Apparently it is pretty much the same as the New Zealand Mosque Massacre perpetrator's manifesto.
The thing that I can appreciate about the Philippines and Filipinos in general is that even though they are more generally very pro-USA and is biased against China due to territorial and historical reasons, you'd never ever see anyone in that country cheering for their country by waving an American flag, or any western flags for that matter. If the similar crap was made in the Philippines senate/congress building like the one done in Hong Kong defacing and vandalizing the Legco etc....those protesters would be eviscerated and labeled as traitors.

The most messed up thing is that he was taken in alive. In America you are fair game if you are a minority and look at a police officer funny, yet killing 10 minorities you get arrested like you were shoplifting.

Yep, I believe that's the case as well. I once belonged to the liberal camp in western politics, and was actually a card carrying member of the Liberal Party of Canada. Anyway, I used to dismiss the rightist accusations that these sort of events are supposedly part of the governments effort to take away their guns. To be honest that's not the goal, the goal is to increase their national security apparatus ability to expand their powers, broadened their reach in order to "prevent" these sort of activities from happening again. Which we all know will keep on happening due to internal contradictions in the U.S.

More like this is just a byproduct of America increasingly becoming more white supremacist. Trump was openly supporting white nationalists on twitter, now you've got a war where they're supporting nazis.
