Kind of not surprised. The US Navy has been dealing with these issues for a long time. For example, three years ago, they embedded mental health teams with submarine crews to knock out the mental health issues that usually come up
among submariners. Even the US Navy's surface crews have significant issues in regards to mental health.
I see people already claiming this is in response to the recent USS Theodore Roosevelt antics but it's not true. This has been planned for longer than that:
