Wow these BJP bhakts are a funny bunch. Talk up the threat even when there wasn't much happening outside of what normally happens in these borders and then also talk down the threat to make it seem like they were the reason for resolving the threat. No wonder these morons shot down their own and got blindsided by Pakistan last year. The most superficial and pointless talents achieved but nothing of real value and substance. China's been silent throughout this ordeal watching Indian political leaders and media trip over each other spinning their new narratives for pure domestic propaganda value.
Their political classes know they can eat up these cheap free points because they know CCP will not speak against whatever cheap narratives they want to spin and they know CCP will not fight a war. It seems they are enjoying this seemingly favourable position at least when it comes to PR and feel-good vibes but the initiative is actually in CCP's favour because they can call the bluff whenever and however it chooses to. If it came to real war, this is a nation that has taken longer than 30 years to field a Russian based carrier design and yet to finish their Visakhapatnam class when the PLAN has completed CV001, CV002 Shandong, and finished several 055 destroyers and building their eighth. There is no technology or military field where China is not well above India's level/industry and the gap has been steadily expanding since the 60s. But of course superior Indian worksmanship and quality requires time and Chinese junk don't last 2 days (ignore the 30 year old Type 051B destroyer recently receiving MLU and looking more capable than any Indian destroyer). When their almighty weapons get fielded in numbers, nothing in China's inventory will ever match like Chain Smoker and Berserk. It's a pity at the moment, Indian weapons are just hampered by mysterious forces... which are all China's and Pakistan's fault.
