Thanks for the image.

Maybe I am reading too much into it, but the wingtip launch rails have a very interesting and distinctive colouring that reminds me of the special colouring CAC likes to use for radar transparent composites used for sensor coverings.

Have there been any rumours or reports of the JF17 getting integrated jammers installed in their wingtip rails like some later Sino-flanker models?

This would mean a major upgrade to the EW suite, and such an upgrade is likely to show up on the Block 3 instead of the dual seater (if it happens). It is also unlikely for the whole wingtip pod/rail to be made of radome material, only the antenna array portions would be radomes and the size of the whole pod will also be noticeably larger.

The size of the wingtip pods on the Gripen E is indicative:
