BRICS countries have issued a statement and have expressed their concern. Trump is now shaking in fear.

Brazil: the bombings on Venezuelan territory and the capture of its president cross an unacceptable line.

Russia: We are extremely concerned by reports that the President of Venezuela Nicolas Maduro and his spouse were forcibly taken out of the country.
We demand immediate clarification of these reports.

China: China is deeply shocked by and strongly condemns the United States’ brazen use of force against a sovereign state and its actions directed at its president.

India: ...

South Africa: South Africa on Saturday voiced grave concern over the "military invasion" carried out by the United States against Venezuela, as well as the capture of President Nicolas Maduro and his wife.

A Panama war mkII... With the armada waiting to crunch Venezuela not very surprised that none other countries intervened to help when themselves didnt fight hard at all. At least it looked quick and decisive for the population to not suffer too much from strikes.

The US removed Saddam Hussein from power in a few months. How did that work out for them in Iraq?

The US constantly suffers from Hollywood-esque thinking. Maduro is just a leader, he can be easily replaced. Venezuela might not be able to stand up to the US militarily, but that doesn't mean the US will get what it wants.

If China was like North Korea, every senator would be dead personally via Chinese support of actual terrorists in their country. Americans are so dumb, if China wanted to destroy America, they would just give the Nazis or communists or even cultists in the US weapons, it's very easy as Americans are stupid with their weapon laws. China is being very lenient with the US, as no doubt the US would support terrorists (and they did in western Xinjiang) inside of China.

Never interrupt an opponent when they're making a mistake. Also never copy their mistakes.

This is basically Iraq and Afghanistan all over again. Xi Jinping must be laughing his head off right now. Either that, or silently honoring another successful mission by Comrade Trump.

Let's see: the US is currently in a trade war with China, in a proxy war with Russia, still entangled in the Middle East, and now they're opening up a fourth front in their back yard.

I mean guys, do you really think that if it was easier to just militarily annex all the south american nations, the US wouldn't have done it decades ago?

But then I used to make the same argument about the US annexing Canada, so who knows, maybe they'll be launching a strike on Ottawa next.
