India keeps offering their terrible systems to everyone and no one wants them.
IIRC Ecuador did buy some helicopters from India. But it did not end well.

We have also heard a rumor about French Army considering self propelled rocket launchers made by India. Don't know if that one is being materialized or just staying as a rumour still.

Amazing how small the Tejas is!

So it took them four decades to make this ridiculously tiny plane.

You choose something tiny and limited in potential because the trade off would be faster development.

But this case, did the Indians failed miserably even with such a low bar? Or succeeded because "Indian Speed" for a larger aircraft would have been 8 decades?

I wonder what the purpose of doing this is. Then again I realize Jai Hinds unironically believe it. It's basically the easiest way to throw them a bone given it's a western publication. Make them feel like they are still wanted and useful to the west. Also helps them forget their mess and continue doing what they do which is buying western jets.

In reality though this is just setting India up for disaster when an actual war comes.

On a side note: I just googled to double check it was six jets that were shot down. I specifically stated how many did India lose. Yet half the results were instead about Pakistan losing theirs even though I never ased. Phrozenflame was right. India basically keep spamming their own taking heads and push it forward in engagement so Google (which has an Indian CEO coincidentally) shows that instead of the content you are looking for. So no wonder they see things so differently.
