The confirms both the name and designation/hull number of the first ship: USS Defiant (BBG-1). Evidently Trump doesn't want to risk missing out on having a future CVN named after him by putting his own name to the ship, despite leading the design as a "very aesthetic person". But by describing it as a Trump-class battleship he's evidently trying to have his cake and eat it too. Will anyone have the courage to tell the God Emperor that isn't how it works?

They are bigger targets and they are also generally slower, and from a more practical perspective the costs of losing a big ship are higher than losing a smaller one generally.
