I don't understand they can't build a frigate on time why do they think they can build a big ass ship like that is it retardation?

Look at the technical specs from the US navy website. Only 128 Mk41 cells and 12 CPS cells. In terms of volume isn't this less than 055?
Maybe its living conditions are just really good, big berth, gym, roomy mess hall etc. Like a big colonial cruiser to fit with the new National Security Strategy and used to scare South American countries Tarkin Doctrine style.
