You need dedicated radar system to track low flying drones. S-300 and Patriot radars have a tendency to filter them out as background noise.
Two different points there.

Anything low flying can be difficult to detect, drone or not. Hence the success of low flying attack helicopters.

As for the drone part, it may be true for very small reconnaissance type drones. TB-2s are big enough to be picked up on radar just as easily as small manned aircraft.
Considering loss of two drones per two targets in that particular raid - sounds more like a really expensive cruise missile.
TB2s are cool, but other than moral value, that particular use case isn't exactly inspiring.
A cruise missile would be a lot quicker and have a bigger payload.

Not really. We’ve seen several videos of TB-2 in Armenia that took down S-300 with operating radar.

"We have reached the maximum continuous power cycle of our helicopter engine"

prof. Dr. Akşit stated that Gökbey's gearbox was made by Alp Aviation, which is located in Eskişehir.

Emphasizing that Alp Aviation is experienced in the production of gearboxes, Akşit said, "When the engine project of our national helicopter Gökbey came to us, we knocked on Alp Aviation's door for the gearbox, which is the most critical subsystem of the engine. With our engineering support, they are also a design and engineering company. They set up the team. We developed the gear box completely original and domestically in Turkey."

Pointing out that Alp Aviation manufactures the gearbox at international quality standards, Akşit concluded his words as follows: "With the first shaft gearbox, we have reached the maximum continuous power cycle of our first shaft helicopter engine. It is very important to achieve this in the first attempt with the gearbox produced for the first time. With the localized accessories in the TEI-TS1400 engine, we have reached the maximum output speed of 23 thousand rpm and the maximum continuous power of 1400 horsepower."

According to Oryx, only two radar stations were taken out by TB-2s, the rest by loitering munition.

There are other reasons for that other than SAM radars being unable to detect them.

Why do you think TB-2 type drones aren't able to be picked up by SAM radars?

Air to air?
Your question has been answered. It's both air-to-air and anti-radiation. I never thought the Akbaba would be ramjet propelled.

According to the information obtained by SavunmaSanayiST.com; Turkey is carrying out RamJet studies for at least two different missiles whose names are known by the public. The first of these is the AKBABA Anti-Radiation Missile developed by Roketsan. The name of AKBABA, the first anti-radiation missile developed by Turkey with national means, or 'anti-radar' with another name, was officially announced to the public for the first time on July 1, 2021, with a presentation by the Air Force Command.
Roketsan, Turkey's technology base in the field of missile systems and especially solid propellant propulsion systems, is developing a solid fuel RamJet engine for the AKBABA Anti-Radiation Missile. While there are no details about the AKBABA Missile, it is estimated that the mentioned test activities may be related to AKBABA. It is known that with the AKBABA Project, Turkey will become one of the few countries that can develop supersonic anti-radiation missiles.
Another RamJet-propelled missile of Turkey is the GÖKHAN Air Air Missile, which is under development by TÜBİTAK-SAGE. According to the information obtained by SavunmaSanayiST.com; TÜBİTAK-SAGE is developing a liquid-fueled RamJet engine for the GÖKHAN Missile. Tests of this developed engine are planned to be carried out by the end of this year. It is aimed that the GÖKHAN Missile, which will be used on the F-16 platforms in the first place, will have better features than the MBDA production METEOR Missile.

Can't wait to see more of this missile. I hope we can get specs soon. The weird thing is that it's liquid fueled.

"Better" than the Meteor I kind of doubt it. The Germans spent almost two decades working on the fuel formulation used in the Meteor and AFAIK the recipe is not public knowledge. We know it uses boron dopant and that is about it. What I think would be more likely is for Turkey to make a dual-pulse missile. That can have better performance characteristics in some regards but will have less range or be larger for the same range. However it will have higher terminal velocity.
