Aselflir-500 to be exported already:

ASELSAN has signed three separate export contracts valued at USD 35,130,000 for the supply of guidance kits and ASELFLIR-500 system for the use of its international end users. This is the first export of GÖZDE and ASELFLIR-500 systems within the scope of these contracts.

I don't think the US would allow it. Although Turkey is "liberalizing" half of the Turkish F-16 fleet, the authorization from the US to go ahead and make these aircraft "independent" is kind of a grey area in Turkish sources. Even if they knowingly "ignore" Turkey's activities on their own fleet, I don't think they'd allow Turkey to export it to other countries.
