Turkey has a lot of experience on this engine in part production, full assembly, maintenance and testing.
Do they? I would say manufacturing is different from assembling & cleaning parts.

Furthermore they've developed critical technologies for the production of single crystal HP turbine blades capable of handling temperatures of 1400* Celsius and are currently working on blades capable of handling higher temperatures.
That's a massive statement. Is there any evidence supporting this claim?
This is heart bit & blood flow of aviation industry, pinnacle of material science. Very few countries on face of earth has mastered crystal turbine blades.

Here you can see the parts being produced for the F110 in Turkey by TEI:

The TS1400 turboshaft engine was confirmed to be using Turkish manufactured single-crystal blades multiple times. Some of the first blades were delivered with a public ceremony.

Sounds very optimistic and promising.

Have they built atleast one example of a Turbofan engine? Btw,

Isn't that the same guy who said Turkey will RE CFM 56 and F110 for the new engine and that their IP have lapsed? I don't think he knows much about anything including fighter jet engines.
"Turkey surpassing China". Yeah nah

He is known for wrong takes and never backing up his claims with sources. Better ignore him.

There were two indications that TEI is developing a 6000lb turbofan probably based on the TS1400. One is a patent request for the name 'TEI-TF6000' and a linkedin page of a TEI engineer who wrote that he worked on various projects, including the TF6000.

A third indication might be the placards at IDEF '19 TEI stand where it said that the TS1400 could have various variants including a turbojet, turboprop and turbofan with a supposed turbojet variant displayed:

AFAIK Turkey tried in the past somewhere pre-2017 but the Japanese where very reluctant. The hand of the US is very strong in Japan and South-Korea. There are rumors that whenever Turkey is about to make a defense deal with a country, the US ambassador contacts the respective government and tries to convince them from not doing so.
