You want to do a nationwide crackdown on feminism to emulate the smashing success of scientifically and technologically superior middle east? Nahh I would rather have equality between men and women.

I am for gender equality as well. I have a daughter myself. And I want her to have equal chance to get into college and find the career she enjoys through fair competition. But gender equality does not mean men having to pay high bride prices just to get married. Gender equality should not mean the wife has the authority seize most of the properties and savings from the husband when filing for divorce. Gender equality should allow women and men to share bathrooms knowing thus women would like become rape victims under such scenarios. And of course, men and women should not be competing in the same sports team because women would face disadvantages. And of course, gender equality should not allow men to walk into women’s locker rooms naked.

Putting all other issues aside, MAGA and Russia’s Putin are doing great works to crackdown against the aforementioned issues (except bride prices, which is China specific). In theory, as history has shown, great power emergence and nation building require stable family and social structures with all member playing their repetitive social roles in strengthens their nation state. Not saying MAGA will work out, but it does have its theoretical roots in traditional Christian nationalistic values and hierarchy conducive to building power modern nation states.

Well, ignoring trans conversation, your previous post has a tone of putting women in their place. Data from conservative societies that have low divorce ratessuggest that women are simply not happy in their marriages but are forced to stay due to societal and legal pressures. Having a daughter yourself, it‘s disappoing that you harbor such thoughts.

Just saw some RT today on TV and maybe even Trump is not as stupid as to give Tomahawks (TLAM version) as it can carry a W80 200 kt nuclear warhead although that specific version BGM109A will not be sold -how can Moscow be sure when Kiev launches its last desperate wave of Tomahawks and theoretically Ukr can stuff a crude nuke or even a dirty radiological warhead as a last resort to strike Moscow-also if this escalation continues won't Taiwan want to have advanced Tomahawks as well to strike Beijing??

If Taiwan was smart, they wouldn't want anything to do with Tomahawks. The reason? Buying cruise missiles is expensive and it doesn't improve Taiwan's strategic or tactical position. Moreover, doing so increases the chance that China will launch an attack, and such an attack is an existential crisis. That said, Taiwan isn't known for making smart decisions, but I think that even Lai Ching-te knows how bad an idea it is.

From a conservative family-loving male perspective, it is pretty simple. If there is one thing I agree with MAGA, it is their positions on woke feminists, gender identities, bathroom sharing, and the whole LGBTQ 500+ gender bs.

Putting all things aside, if there’s one thing CPC can learn from MAGA, it would be a nation-wide crackdown against woke feminism that is crashing China’s birth rate, as well as other woke identities tearing apart the very fabric of the nation state’s social order and domestic stability. MAGA teaches women to remain loyal to their husbands and nation state. In return, the husband must provide for the family and defend the order (nation) that keeps them safe and prosperous. When translated to Chinese identity, it is very similar to the traditional Confucian order about the roles of family and nation. So yes, MAGA - if done correctly - could indeed be a powerful nation builder in theory because it leaves no space for identities that risk ripping apart the social fabrics that supports powerful a nation state. On that note, the CPC is arguably somewhat “more woke” than MAGA and European right-wing parties because feminism is one of the founding ideological components of the CPC. Yet, the CPC of today is also struggling on how to deal with contemporary woke Chinese gender identities. And that fact that feminism is part of the CPC’s legitimacy prevents the Party from crackdowns hard against China’s men-hating and foreign worshipping woke feminists.

Relating this back to MAGA, it is why you see lots of conservative family-oriented Hispanic, Asian, and Black MEN, as well as conservative white women, supporting MAGA. It is about preserving the masculinity that builds and sustains families and the nation. For conservative women, it is about protection from chaos and unpredictability.

MAGA is doing everything they don't want done to the white man's masculinity to Asian men. I enjoy how they think they're losing their masculinity because they're hypocrites and losers that deserve no sympathy. They aren't going to see you as a brother.
