The War in the Ukraine

What second pilot? “Clearly” how? Which part of the video gives this information? Have you watched a different video?
Maybe second pilot was the wrong wording, but outside of that the second time the aircraft comes to pass by the Reaper it comes into contact with it and damages the propeller.

The Russian version of events was that the aircraft manoeuvred sharply and crashed into the Black Sea. That clearly does not happen.

If you cannot admit that then I really don't think you want to discuss the issue seriously.

Seems it might have clipped the tails of the drone on that second pass and sent it down, either that or the fuel and how close it was managed to destabilize it enough.

It lost video feed quite fast though.
That ''video lost'' spoil it, most probably cut. But the distance was so close that it could have downed it from a lot of ways... clip tails, wings, crashed in it, vortex it out, stalled his engine, got the propeller, shovel, etc.

The flanker would have hit the canted tail fins first before it hit the propeller. That was a collision as per US version.

The Russian version of non-physical contact would be that the jet wash (combined with the dumped fuel) from the flanker caused the canted tail or part of the canted tail fin to break away and hit the propeller.

One of them is telling the truth, but which one?

Whatever... would not have downed itself. At the distance of the coast it was, was lucky to not being downed with missiles. Could have been an Ukraine drone big time in firing range of Sevastopol.

lol. who has the longer track record of constantly lying to the public, diplomatic partners, and even "allies" aka vassals. if they're breathing, they're lying.
