Trump Says He May Give Tomahawks to Ukraine. Is He Bluffing?

President Trump’s threats to provide the missiles to Ukraine, whether he follows through on them or not, are a sign of his growing frustration with Moscow.
It looks like we'll see Tomahawks even being used against Russia.

Another red line crossed.

I think it’s unlikely in the near term, Tomahawks are a naval launched weapon what Ukraine has no ship capable of launching them, the US is working on ground launched systems but not a lot exist yet making it unlikely Ukraine would get a tomahawk even if they did it would probably be less than 100 given the low production rate of it

Just need a few Typhon systems.

Russian Geranium drones struck a Ukrainian brewery and a Nova Poshta warehouse in the city of Nizhyn in Ukraine's Chernihiv region, Ukrainian media reported.

There are only like 4-5 Typhon batteries in existence. If any shows up in Ukraine the chance of them being hunted down and destroyed with Iskander with Chinese satellite reconnaissance is high.
It doesn't have to be Typhon that is sent to Ukraine.

US defense manufacturer reveals new Tomahawk launcher — just what Ukraine would need to hit Russia

The Extreme Multi-Mission Autonomous Vehicle (X-MAV) could solve that problem — according to Oshkosh, the X-MAV launcher was designed to operate autonomously and transport heavy weapons over long distances.

So they are planning on launching Tomahawk cruise missiles with…checks notes…a PowerPoint slide deck and a static display vehicle from an exhibition with zero test launches. How long are they expecting the war to last until? 2030?

Ukraine will initially require Typhon launchers to operate Tomahawk, but autonomous systems (X-MAV) will eventually become Ukraine's standard Tomahawk launcher.

The X-MAV carries four Tomahawk cruise missiles and offers greater mobility than the existing Typhon MRC.

The production rate of X-MAV launchers could reach hundreds of units per year. Who can, and who will, receive these launchers first is already quite obvious.
