what will happen after tomahawk missiles start landing well inside Russian territory, will Russia not thinking of supplying something better to countries around USA
You would think. We will see what happens.
If the US wants to play this game Russia has way more capacity to manufacture cruise missiles than they do.

USA is now trying to arm Ukrainian with something better but then again why not to arm them with long range Amraam missiles with some better version of F16 or may be some used FA18 super hornets so Ukrainian can to some extent stop the Russian airforce or keep them far away from their territory
Ukraine already has access to early modifications of AMRAAM and the latest AIM-9X.

There aren't that many AIM-120D AMRAAMs in stock to begin with.

There aren't that many Super Hornets in stock either. Plus the US is not going to put one of their premier fighter platforms in a place where it can be reverse engineered and exploited.

Even the Super Hornet is not any better than a Su-35. Especially if it comes with the R-77M and R-37M.

It would be way more likely if the West sends F-16Vs into Ukraine I think. But they won't let them operate anywhere near the frontlines.

can be just a threat to Russians from Donald Trump administration to come to the table for negotiations
The Russians already stated their demands a long time ago. If Trump thinks they will cave in to his idea of freezing the lines where they currently are and make Ukraine a defacto NATO member in all but name he is sorely mistaken.

thank you

Most Tomahawk missiles are going to get shot down. The Ukrainians have used supplied weapons that have both a lower RCS, equal to lower altitude flight, and equal to faster cruise speed in the form of the SCALP, Storm Shadow and Neptune anti ship missiles, and they all got shown. Well, mostly, some did get through, but that's a small minority. Most of the Tomahawks are either going to get shot down, or their mobile launchers and their hangers get hit by Iskanders. But some might still get through. The effects are still going to be non strategic as you literally would need thousands and thousands to have some sort of strategic effect. Otherwise it's just a media victory for those that will get through. However any shoot downs of Tomahawks can also result in a media victory for the Russians.

Not just S-400s, but S-300s, S-350 Vityaz, Pantsyrs, Tors, and Buks can shoot down cruise missiles if the fighter jets didn't get to them.

The US is saving their Tomahawk inventory for a possible war with China, and this just depletes them.

The worst part for the US is that the Russians can collect the flight data from the Tomahawks and share them with the Chinese. This removes any potential surprise advantage the Tomahawk will face against Chinese air defenses that's now coded to expect their flight profile.

Footage of a Russian Lancet-51 kamikaze drone strike on a rare Ukrainian FrankenSAM air defense system. The FrankenSAM system is a Soviet-era Buk-M1 air defense system modified to fire Western-made missiles. The video was filmed 47 kilometers from the front line; the exact location is not disclosed. The strike by the Russian Lancet drone caused a fire in the Ukrainian FrankenSAM air defense system.
