The Russians buy third party controllers not the consoles themselves to control the drones. As you can see in those pictures they are using Logitech (Swiss company) controllers on a regular PC. Not a console. Also AFAIK the networking functions of the modern consoles, like the online game stores, are non-functional in Russia already due to sanctions. Plus it is not like the EU actually makes those consoles or controllers. At best they are middlemen in this. The Russians will just continue buying those controllers from Hong Kong or similar.

Oh I'm aware of that. I'm just amused that there is someone out there that honestly believes that's what happening or thats going to make a difference.

Also, as if the controllers are the most critical part of drone production and operation. Its just cope for the NAFOids.

The Russian army has begun using the Inokhodets UAV, a strike version of the Orion UAV, to protect the Crimean coast. In the video, the Inokhodets UAV attacks an X-UAV, a Ukrainian sea drone, with a missile. The video was filmed on February 1, the model of the Ukrainian sea drone is unknown.
