From Henri K You see how wide the deck is . Easily fit 2 APC in a row.
2 APCs in a row? As in side by side? Sorry, not a chance in hell. 2 jeeps side by side, possibly in the middle of the 726's deck, but certainly not driving out either gate; they would have to drive out single file, which means effectively at most you could load 6 jeeps in a 1-2-2-1 fashion, with the single file jeeps sitting right in front of (or behind) each gate, and the side-by-side jeeps having to drive out of the gates one at a time. IFVs/APCs, forget about it. 3 IFVs single file max loadout.

Look at this images before you open your mouth smart alec. Or do you need beer bottle bottom eyeglass?.Judging by relative width of type 96 The LCAC width is close to 7m

Not a chance. The width of the 726 is by many accounts 14m, which is about right considering the well deck's width is about 16m IIRC. If the 726's overall width is 14m then the middle deck width is something on the order of 5 to 5.5m. This does NOT include the side vents and the room needed for doors which open outwards into the deck space (red arrows). You put all that together and you get probably less than 5m effective width for vehicles. POSSIBLY enough for 2 jeeps (e.g. sino-HMMWVs) side to side (orange lines) but not for 2 IFVs side to side. Just a rough eyeballing should be enough to clue you in that IFVs are going to be too wide to fit side by side. In fact the presence of the vents at those locations (they could easily have been designed to be at a location that did not impede vehicle placement like they do currently) suggests to me that the PLAN doesn't really intend this particular ACV to be used in general with double row parking. Hence the single row of pre-etched track guides for tracked vehicles like tanks and IFVs. Also note that the width permitted by both the forward and rear gate motors are significantly narrower than the maximum effective width of the parking area, meaning that if two jeeps are parked side by side, they only have enough room to drive out of the parking deck one at a time. This limits the maximum number of jeeps to 1+2+2+1= 6, or at the most optimistic 1+2+2+2+1=8, though personally I doubt this.

And why would they paint yellow line in the middle of the deck?

Don't know. Maybe because it's the middle line and helps drivers stay in the middle. Or it could help separate the deck for double parking. Even if it is, it doesn't mean two APC/IFVs could park side to side. More likely it would be to help two jeeps park side to side (at the most optimistic). Again it's not just the widest possible width of the deck, you also need extra space for the doors and the two vents.

What is new here ? Nothing

If English is not your first language I repeat

Show me a picture of a loaded LCAC going in and out of a well deck of Type 071 LPD

Until then you are just wasting time

I don't know where you get the dimension of 16 m for the type 71 well deck width. But judging from the photo of the ship and type 71 beam spec. It is definitely more than 16m. Even accounting for slight tapering at the well deck. So that will shot down your argument that Yuyi beam is limited to 14 m.I read the estimate it varies between 14 to 16 m

Using you own photo and assuming the average height of north Chinese man of 1.75m. The pilot cabin width is roughly 3.5m and so do the crew cabin. Now accounting for the cushion bulge of 1/2m even using 14 m That left out 6m loading deck width. That is based on 16m wide well of type 71
Which I highly doubt from eyeballing the type 71 photo and beam spec

THAT is not Type 726 going into a Type 071 LPD

That is in a photo of a USN LCAC entering well deck of USN Wasp class LHA

Did you even bother to look at the bridge ? Why do you feel the need to post fake images it's not like you have too PLAN is doing just as well

Please avoid trolling
