Seem like vaccinations and pcr testing is mandatory. But they can get medical exemptions. And it will be a closed loop.

In the Olympics website, they say vaccinated people need not do 21 days quarantine. I'm not sure if that means those unvaccinated with no exemptions need to do quarantine though.

Tennis aus is in a tight spot. They want Chinese money and to attract Chinese sponsors and audience. But also pressured by media and gov to stand against china. In the end they know not to push it too far.

Side note, I know tennis aus wants to suck up to Chinese but playing traditional Chinese music during players changeover break is abit cringy. It's not yet Chinese new year.
