Many components in AN-22 and AN-70 come from subcontractors in Russia. Only design is not enough.

But fortunately, China has good relations with Russia. After buying two aircraft designs from Ukraine, China buy components from both countries with TOT or seek to copy and recreate each component.

The hardest part of the plane is the engine. China can buy the entire technology D-27 from Ukraine, then buy NK-12 technology from Russia. The rest, China can do it itself

It won't happen, China would be much better design and building it by herself, with the help of Russia and Ukraine possibly (consultancy)

The NK-12 is obsolete. Or was anyway. I do not know about the latest variant. The D-27 had loads of issues. As did the An-70. They never got either to work properly. There was a time when China would have done good to import civilian and transport engines technology. Like a decade ago. Right now they have the WS-20 so they should have better engine technology than what Ukraine can supply them with.

Strategic Missile Forces plans for missile launches became known

Aerospace Force

In total, in 2021, the Russian Aerospace Forces received 151 samples of new and modernized aircraft. In particular, MiG-35 fighters joined the air force. A separate aviation regiment was formed, armed with MiG-31IK interceptors with the Kinzhal hypersonic missile. Four Tu-95MS strategic missile carriers were upgraded.

The Air Defense Forces received more than 30 types of weapons, including the S-400 Triumf and S-350 Vityaz anti-aircraft missile systems.

Ground Forces

Last year, the Russian Ground Forces received more than 2,400 pieces of equipment, including more than 240 modern and upgraded T-72B3M, T-80BVM and T-90M Proryv tanks. BMP-3, BTR-82A armored personnel carriers and modernized BMP-2M equipped with the Berezhok combat module are provided for motorized rifle formations.

The first full-time company of combat tank support vehicles (BMPT) "Terminator" in the Russian army was formed in the Central Military District. The BMPT is based on the T-90 tank chassis and is armed with two 2A42 30 mm guns, four Ataka 9M120-1 anti-tank guided missiles with laser guidance system and an upgraded 7.62 mm Kalashnikov tank. machine gun. Anyone have a breakdown of the aircraft? 257 seems like a lot

Also, anybody knows what Russian combat ship numbers will be like by around 2030? Not sure if numbers will drop judging by how many gorshkov frigates and corvettes the russian navy is building

Will these waterways be used in war to transport warships? Has the Russian Navy been using these waterways or are they purely commercial?

Yes ,many ships designed to fit under the bridges.
