Most planes in the world are delayed big time and some have multiple batches without their capabilities like the f-35... It's better to not talk about ''dates'' and start showing the planes when it's mostly in the bag.
You've just reached another level comparing a mock-up to the serial aircraft close to the almost 800 airframes of the F-35's produced up to this date. Some equivocal mental gymnastics must've been involved here for sure.

Some 300 of these F-35 are not combat able and the later batch not able to do what they are supposed to do... Why building a plane in quantity when you have close to nothing operational in it ? Or bragging to make a plane and delaying all the time like the Russian... It's why I prefer country that don't put dates on delivery of combat planes like China do.

Su-75 still hasn't even flown yet. I doubt it will enter mass production in 2027. This is not impossible since is uses the same resource base as the Su-57. Same avionics, same engines, etc. However given the aircraft itself is different it will need different control laws, and the airframe itself is pretty unique, so there might be issues with getting the flight control to work properly.

Given that Russia will be in a state of direct confrontation with the US, directly facing NATO Europe, I doubt it won't order large amounts of this aircraft once it is ready. It might also get sold to clients in the Middle East. And, who knows, even India and China might get some.

After Syria and now Ukraine. there will be profound shift in combat systems. More investment in cruise missile carriers, strategic drones, more investments into attack chopper with higher end capabilities of drone control/ longer range hypersonic missiles. etc.
in chopper a pilot sit in eye sight of smallest moving target and range flight profile is designed for low altitude. if gun/rockets are not going to be retired than medium altitude fighter has even less need.

expect much more tempo from Tu-160M.

UEC-Kuznetsov increased the resource of gas turbine engines

The new software-controlled equipment complies with modern environmental standards. The industrial robot will increase the service life of gas turbine engines of all types, including the NK-32 series 02, used on the Tu-160 strategic missile carriers, ” the aviation cluster of the Rostec State Corporation said.

I expect the first flyable prototype of Su-75 to fly in 2 years time. But it will take the production of more prototypes and many hours of flight to prove the airframe and avionics characteristics. Then they will have to refine the aircraft, and possibly add improvements which might be available until then, like improved avionics or engines made for Su-57M. If they add Su-57M components it will definitely be delayed past 2027.

Russia's Pacific Fleet will receive two nuclear submarines and one diesel-electric submarine in 2022, Fleet Commander Admiral Sergei Avakyants said Friday.

The first nuclear strategic submarine of the Borei-A class, Knyaz Oleg, and the first nuclear submarine of the Yasen-M class, Novosibirsk, will join the Pacific Fleet this year, Avakyants was quoted by TASS as saying.

Knyaz Oleg will be equipped with Bulava ballistic missiles, which have a range of more than 8,000 km. Novosibirsk is a multi-purpose nuclear submarine, armed with Kalibr and Onyx cruise missiles.

Speaking on the occasion of the 291st anniversary of the Pacific Fleet, Avakyants said that the fleet is also expecting the arrival of a silent diesel-electric submarine, Magadan, which is also equipped with Kalibr missiles.

The Russian Pacific Fleet is a part of the Russian Navy, based in the city of Vladivostok. It belongs to the Russian Eastern Military District.

Casually dropping a 2 year delay..
Another Russian con where it parades the aircraft looking for suckers to buy into. At that timeframe you might as well as go with other 5th Gen options

And you just know that 2027 is their optimistic timeline. Would anyone be surprised if that deadline was extended even further in a few years?...

That's the reason why I have zero faith in any sort of Russian equipment as marketed by Russia's MIC

It depends what they consider important based on practical experience. Su-57 has role but is very narrow at this point. The single engine even less.
other products are much ahead now in importance.
