Russia not only has largest Oil/Gas reserves up in the North but all the top minerals which they want to transform into foremost technological power. and this what North South corridor and NSR route is about.
It is called sovereignty in refining for mass production. its three years away.
South Korea seems interested in getting back to North Sea route.
Current Russian robots are hybrid of local and foreign parts but they seem confident of creating unified eco system based on local science. R&D time line reduced from 5 years to less than 2 years.
Helium will be another win for Russia. All the basic stuff for manufacturing 21st century products.
